Take your unit out of the pool on 60 days' notice (3 months minimum) and live in it. Payouts pause and a share of running costs applies while you stay.
Drag the rental model, nightly rate, occupancy and how many units you own. Every figure updates live, built on the project's real operating model.
Built on the project's operating model. Each participating unit earns an equal share of net distributable profit, paid quarterly. Management fee is estimated at 7.5% (monthly) or 15% (daily) of revenue after tax; the reserve fund is shown at its contractual 5% cap; the land lease fee is fixed.
